Automation Engineer - Retrofit

Responsibilities Planning, creation, and adaptation of software for SPS controls and user interfaces for retrofit-projects. Creation of test programs and plans for control systems. Execution and documentation of program tests within the scope of a standard & GMP-compliant control qualification. Preparation of system documentation. Implementation and documentation of technical commissioning and testing. Troubleshooting. Reporting of service activities. Pre-Engineering study and feasibility review according to customer specification. Hardskills Professional experience in plant engineering, preferably with a pharmaceutical background. Profound experience in control engineering. PLC programming skills in Siemens, Rockwell is advantageous. User knowledge of a visualization system (COPA-DATA zenOn advantageous). Safe handling of MS-Office and IT systems. Business fluent in English & German. Softskills Coordination ability and ability to work under pressure. Team spirit. Independent, solution-oriented working method. Strong analytical thinking. Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%). Competent appearance towards the customers.
