Production Support Analyst

Job Title: Production Support AnalystLocation: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)Key Responsibilities:Ensure application availability and stability by working closely with development, infrastructure teams, and business users.Resolve issues promptly and manage daily processes to meet service level agreements.Proactively drive improvements in capacity planning, resiliency, failover plans, and monitoring.Perform change management and deployment activities in production environments.Manage incident and problem prioritization, cause analysis, and escalation.Liaise with users, business sponsors, and application development teams.Support application development teams to ensure seamless production changes.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in IT with spreadsheet, analytical, and modeling skills.Working knowledge of Oracle SQL (ability to build ad hoc SQL queries).Working knowledge of UNIX (Solaris/Linux) for system navigation and core administration.Experience with real-time monitoring systems (e.g., ITRS Netagent).Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys).Experience with messaging technologies (e.g., TIBCO EMS).Proficiency in issue tracking and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA).Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
