Pernod Ricard is looking for a Senior Controller & Vendor Management, part of Program Management team in Leap ERP transformation program, focusing on managing the program's budget and overseeing relationships with vendors engaged in the project. This position acts across the entire program, ensuring financial discipline, optimizing vendor performance, and safeguarding the value derived from vendor partnerships.You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.Your key missions:Program Budget Management: Develop and maintain the program's budget, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial targets. Implement controls and processes to manage budget allocations effectively across different streams of the Leap programVendor Relationship Oversight: Lead the management of vendors relationships, including contracts follow-up, monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs), and evaluation of vendor performance to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery timelinesFinancial Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to program leadership and stakeholders, offering insights into budget utilization, cost savings opportunities, and financial risks.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with vendor engagements and program budgeting, implementing strategies to address potential issues proactively.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with program stakeholders regarding budget status, vendor performance, and potential impact on program deliverables.
