If you have a passion for excellence and a knack for building strong relationships, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.Compensation:Competitive base salary + bonus.Medical, Dental Benefits + Health Care spending account.RRSP matching.3 weeks vacation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Account Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with national and regional Convenience & Grocery (C&G) accounts, ensuring products are prominently and effectively represented.Category Leadership: Excel in category management within the alcohol sector, leveraging your expertise to drive market share and category growth.Optimized Merchandising: Oversee planogram assortment to ensure optimal product placement, enhancing visibility and sales.Innovative Programming: Create and implement impactful programming that resonates with consumers and drives brand loyalty.Financial Precision: Maintain a sharp focus on margins, finance, and pricing, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with provincial and regional sales managers to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective success.Key Requirements:Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline.3+ years customer relation experience in the beverage alcohol or CPG industries.Must be able to manage all aspects of the business / relationship.Excellent communicator and presenter.Must be highly motivated with a passion and drive for building the business.Data centric approach and understanding of key resources (Power Bi, Numerator, Nielsen etc.).Loves a challenge and thrives in a competitive environment.Embrace a role where your strategic vision and operational excellence will directly contribute to growth and leadership in the market.
