Job Requirements / Description
Job ResponsibilitiesLead a small marketing department, including managing a marketing manager, social media coordinator, and graphic design team.Oversee the day-to-day supervision, growth, and development of team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.Foster collaboration and innovation within the marketing team to drive high performance.Plan and execute the annual marketing plan and campaigns at both the restaurant and group levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work closely with chefs and restaurant directors to create synergies across brands and execute marketing initiatives.Translate high-level brand strategies into concrete, actionable brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Develop and assist with the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring a strong digital presence across all platforms.Adapt successful local marketing initiatives to brand-wide strategies.Plan and execute on- and off-premise promotional events to increase visibility and brand engagement.Digital & Content ManagementOversee the management of social media, websites, apps, e-blasts/newsletters, and search campaigns for the restaurants.Manage influencer outreach programs, including scheduling and managing visits, to maximize brand exposure.Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to enhance the brand’s online, mobile, and interactive presence.Proactively recommend improvements to visual and copy development in line with brand strategies, driving operational efficiencies.Brand Management & PartnershipsMaintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring brand integrity.Develop and test strategic partnerships to generate new revenue streams and open new marketing channels.Oversee online reputation management, ensuring timely social media reports and engagement analysis.Ensure all marketing efforts align with the overarching brand vision and business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in hospitality, food, beverage, or restaurants.Proven experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.An innovative spirit with the flexibility to adapt and thrive outside the typical 9-5 structure.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Resourceful, proactive problem-solver, with the ability to work independently.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, influencer management, and content development.Corporate CultureCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.A collaborative, innovative work environment within a prestigious restaurant group.Opportunities for professional growth and career development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
