It’s not just about hitting milestones—it’s about making the experience rewarding along the way.Job DescriptionWe are looking to add a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building partnerships that fuel growth within our ecosystem of channel partners (agencies and solutions partners).There is a massive opportunity to capitalize on our growing ecosystem of channel partners across our partnership types (Accounting, E-commerce, and Dev.Ops). For the right person, the potential to capitalize on this moment in time is limitless.As our Partner Account Manager, you will be supported by a Partner Marketing Manager and will work closely with our Sales team (Account Executives and Solutions Engineers). Strong collaboration and communication skills are crucial. You will be the bridge - You drive revenue as a connector of departments and opportunities internally and externally (Partner Marketing, Sales / Account Management, Product, Customer Support, and more) while also working with the Director of Partnerships to build out the infrastructure for Rewind’s partner program.This role requires someone with ability to travel to meet with partners at events, conferences, meetups, and onsite.The focus areas of the role will be on:Foundational efforts to generate new partner leads and close new partnerships directly with Resellers, Solutions Providers, Agencies, GSIs, etc.Managing partner relationships, training/enabling partner teams and ensuring partner sourced revenue targets are achievedIdentifying potential partners and decision makers that fit Rewind’s partner profile across Rewind’s partner ideal profileConducting targeted outreach via email, phone & Linkedin to schedule meetings and engaging existing and potential partners.Managing and contributing to building upon systems that scale Rewind partnershipsUltimately closing, onboarding, training and supporting new partners to drive partner sourced revenueProviding day-to-day support for partners to help sell, evaluate and support Rewind servicesMonitoring and exceeding assigned KPIs (partners acquired, partner sourced revenue & partner influenced revenue) on a consistent basis.Providing input/updates on key activities, with a high reporting standards, to drive opportunities forward within our key systems: PRM (Partnerstack), CRM (Salesforce), and in Partner Marketplace Portals (ex. Atlassian / Salesforce)QualificationsYou have at least 2 years of SaaS experience in partnerships, sales, or customer facing roles with a track record of consistently exceeding assigned revenue targets.You also have:Outstanding written and verbal communications, presentation and delivery skillsExperience creating and delivering remote presentationsAbility to travel internationally.Bonus PointsKnowledge of Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, Excel/google sheets, Linkedin Sales NavigatorStrong systems level thinking across sales, product, and marketingExperience building and leading new partnerships from acquisition through management.Additional informationWhere You’ll BeThis role will be based out of our Ottawa or Toronto Office.How Rewind Will Support YouWe know that enjoying the journey is just as important as reaching our goals.
