We are looking forward to receiving applications from top talents.Autodm AI is the leading Conversational AI platform for Sales & MarketingAutodm AI was recently founded to revolutionize how companies engage with customers and boost sales.We are building Persuasive AI: a multi-agent conversational AI capable of autonomously engaging consumers in rich conversations to capture and convert leads.We are seeing a lot of traction across multiple industries (travel, real estate, domestic appliances, cosmetics, etc.) and are looking for highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive convinced that AI will change how we live.The role:You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AI technology.A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and highly collaborative environment, and execute precisely and quickly.Responsibilities:Lead Generation Outbound Outreach:Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targetsDrive the growth of our sales pipeline by actively identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers through strategic outbound efforts, including targeted cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.Proactively seek out opportunities for warm introductions and leverage them to secure valuable connections with high-potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to assess inbound leads, focusing on uncovering upsell opportunities and exploring custom solutions to maximize engagement.Trial Conversion:Support clients throughout the Live Trial phase, ensuring they experience the full value of our solution and facilitating a smooth evaluation process.Utilize successful Live Trials to highlight our product’s impact, turning these demonstrations into long-term, revenue-generating contracts.Deal closing:Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to convert leads into committed customers, acting as the main point of contact for all external stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, commercial) to align on deal management, ensuring a seamless sales process.Manage the negotiation process end-to-end, working closely with legal and implementation specialists to finalize agreements.Alliance Partner Ecosystem Development:Contribute to building and expanding the company’s alliance partner ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key industry partners.Collaborate with these partners to explore joint lead generation opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated solutions that enhance our market presence and drive mutual business growth.Executive Engagement & Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within targeted organizations, gaining insight into their specific challenges.Position our solution as a critical part of their strategic initiatives, emphasizing how it addresses their business needs.Technical Proficiency & Pre-Sales Support:Clearly convey the technical aspects and value of our product to prospective clients, responding to questions and concerns with ease.Collaborate with our implementation team to address any customer inquiries throughout the pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases, ensuring a smooth experience.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise or consultative selling, with a focus on complex, technical SaaS products.Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Solid technical skills to keep up with rapidly evolving products and effectively engage in technical discussions.Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and its key players.Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in solving business challenges.Experience in selling to Sales & Marketing departmentsExperience in consumer-driven industries such as travel, real estate, energy services, cosmetics etcProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving product and market landscapes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
