Director of Finance

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Director of Finance to join their team and drive financial operations to new heights.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Collaborate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.Implement and maintain accounting software and other financial management tools.Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of accounting experienceExperience in a CPG/inventory environment is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.What they offer:Opportunity to be a key contributor to a rapidly growing company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTOHybrid work environment.$125,000 - $150,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
