Join our client as a Logistics Coordinator in Harworth and take on a key role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule all inbound and outbound vehicle movements. * Collaborate with warehouse and production teams for efficient turnaround. * Manage route planning to ensure timely deliveries. * Communicate with hauliers, site teams, and depots to understand requirements and create cost-effective plans. * React quickly to delays and changes, liaising with site teams and contract managers. * Handle production and stock discrepancies within the supply chain. * Make and amend delivery bookings, overseeing deliveries to completion. * Communicate professionally via phone and email with haulage contractors and suppliers. * Perform transactions through internal and customer systems accurately. * Ensure all orders and stock transfers meet customer expectations. * Investigate and resolve queries promptly.
