Management Accounting & Controls Manager Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Location: Tamworth An exciting opportunity for a talented and dedicated technically strong Management Accountant to join an industry-leading organisation has arisen. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and budget and forecast preparation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future direction and strategy. What you'll do: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting Prepare budgets and financial forecasts and report variances Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Support month-end and year-end close process Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting We are looking for: Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) Proven working experience with Financial Controls - US Owned Business exp is ideal Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements Excellent accounting software user administration skills Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity If this interests you and you would like to learn more, please click apply or reach out to James Wood at Hamilton Woods Associates
