We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Bank Payments & Reconciliation Specialist
to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!
Job Responsibility includes: Payment Management:
Supervise and coordinate payment processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transactions. Collaborate with different departments to collect and verify information related to incoming and outgoing payments. Process payments in accordance with applicable company procedures and regulations.
Bank Reconciliation:
Carry out daily reconciliation of bank transactions to ensure adherence to account statements and timely identification of any discrepancies. Effectively resolve differences and anomalies identified during the reconciliation process. Constantly monitor financial transactions to proactively prevent and resolve errors.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure data consistency and transparency in financial operations. Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on payments and reconciliations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable financial and banking regulations, ensuring compliance of business activities. Work with the legal team to ensure that all practices are in line with applicable laws and regulations.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. Proven experience in payment management and bank reconciliation. In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and banking procedures. Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
