Apply today to join us as head of quality management and join Brunel in discovering the diversity of engineering.Ihre AufgabenResponsibility for the quality culture and employee development, planning a long-term quality strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and ensures that quality considerations are integrated into the site's strategic planning and decision-making processesDeveloping and implementing quality and compliance strategies and initiatives, ensure full implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with cGMP compliance and regulatory requirementsProvide leadership and direction on all quality-related aspects and develop the on-site quality organization with a focus on patient safety and product qualityMaintain a state of inspection readiness by staying abreast of regulatory changes and trends, and ensuring that the site's quality systems and processes are robust and compliant with current industry standards and practicesSupport in the continuous improvement, development and monitoring of key quality indicators to increase productivityIhre QualifikationenYou have successfully completed your university degree in natural sciences or equivalent and have extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biological production environmentsProven leadership skills, with experience in managing large cross-functional teams and complex projectsStrong knowledge of FDA/EU/ICH/CDN/AUS guidelines and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirementsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levelsYou make autonomous, thoughtful and risk-based decisions that prioritize patient safety and product qualityDriving organizational change and a desire for continuous improvement comes naturally to youStrong knowledge of good manufacturing practices and data integrityGerman language skills are desirable but not essentialIhre VorteileBrunel's corporate culture is shaped by the diversity of our people and a commitment to mutual respect between colleagues on every level of the company.
