The Quanta Internship Program offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest utility infrastructure projects across America; these projects are modernizing and developing the grid to be able to handle everything from 5G buildout to the boom in electric vehicles.

 

INTERNSHIP HIGHLIGHTS:

What You'll Do:
As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various legal activities within our organization. You will work closely with our legal team, assisting them in legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting day-to-day legal operations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to different areas of law and help you develop essential skills in a professional legal environment.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:

Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities.

Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development.

Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.

Reviews and analyzes contracts for compliance with legal and company standards.

Compiles reports summarizing contract terms and provisions.

Maintains files and records, analyzes data, may coordinate preparation of reports.

Organizes and maintains records and reports pertaining to master service agreements, parent guaranties, joint venture agreements and other legal matters.

What You'll Bring:
Currently pursuing a law degree

< 1 Year

Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to own a business

Humble; willing to do tasks that others might consider beneath them

Hungry to be developed and passion to develop others

Basic oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software

Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources

Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability

Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude

Determined and trustworthy
