The Sales Associate VP for France will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business in France, including strategic planning, sales, marketing, and operations.
In this role:We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong track record in sales and business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the French market. The successful candidate will drive growth, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the seamless execution of our business strategy in France.
You will be involved in:
Strategic leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in FranceIdentify new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnershipsStay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy
Sales and Business Development:Lead the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, including venues, promoters, and event organizersDevelop and execute sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
Operational Management:Coordinate with customer success Europe to improve customer satisfaction and ensure local solution deployment successesCoordinate with the product development team to ensure the software meets market needs and client expectations
Team Leadership:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamFoster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellenceSet performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
Marketing and Brand Management:Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demandCoordinate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materialsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsOptimize resource allocation to maximize profitability

About your profile:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or general management, preferably in the software or technology industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in France in the ticketing industry
Strong understanding of the French ticketing market, including key players and industry trends
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both French and English
Ability to travel as needed
