Architecture and Engineering Regional ManagerPart Time / Full TimeTITLE: Architecture & Engineering Regional ManagerLOCATION: Montreal or Ottawa (hybrid role with travel)About You:Are you an experienced Engineer within Telecommunications and Security, and have a passion for the design and integration of network video solutions for surveillance, AV systems, access control, and intercom?Do you enjoy fostering great relationships with architects and consulting engineers?Are you a natural teacher, enjoying training clients and colleagues on security system designs and products?Have you ever considered being a technical trainer for clients who have already procured your firm’s security designs for buildings, transportation, and infrastructure projects? In this role, you will be managing key partners across Eastern Canada doing just that.About Our Client:Our client has been revolutionizing digital devices and security solutions globally, enhancing public safety in cities, ensuring safer roads, protecting properties, and supporting environmental monitoring.Continually innovating, our client leads the industry in network video solutions for surveillance, access control, intercom, and audio systems.Their commitment to diversity and inclusion has fostered an equitable environment for all of their employees.Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with key clients within the Architecture & Engineering Program.Expand our existing network of Architecture & Engineering clients through outreach and organizational programs.Act as the technical bridge between the firm and the Architectural and Consulting Engineering communities.Collaborate with other offices on program initiatives and related feedback utilized for program enhancements.Maintain good relationships with security consultants by visiting project sites, offices, and industry events.Help organize and execute the Architectural and Engineering program’s events.Use Salesforce to track key clients and potential project opportunities.Foster program growth through education, training, and strategic business management.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on program activities.Qualifications:5+ years’ client facing industry experience in either engineering, security integration and consulting, system design and application and/or technical sales.Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field is preferred (Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.)Bilingual, this role requires fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written.Excellent communication skills, with strong networking skills.Proven ability to work independently.Possess a strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically.Compensation Range:Competitive base salary and performance bonusesComprehensive health benefits including a health spending accountRRSP matchingHybrid role that has you working either mostly from home or visiting clients with office visits as required.If Interested:Please send your resume and project list in confidence to Jeremy Lawson at [email protected] for consideration.
