In this role, you will design leading-edge, market-disrupting cybersecurity solutions in our fast-paced, high-functioning global environment. You will specifically develop systems to distribute and manage large volumes of data used by governments and multinational corporations to defend their networks against cyberattack.You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about writing high-quality code and value ongoing communication and socialization of discoveries in a tight-knit community of engineers. You are a motivated self-starter who excels in dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environments.What you’ll do:Develop deep mastery of assigned projects and associated technologiesLead complex software solutions design, development, and implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainabilityImplement core components and optimize selected code sets for enhanced performanceDrive projects to completion, identify critical paths, and make sure teams are unblockedProvide technical guidance and mentor team members to follow best practices in software developmentWhat you’ll bring:8+ years of software development experience with programming languages such as Go Lang, Python, and Java1+ years of experience working in high-volume data applications and familiarity with data processing frameworks, such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, etc.Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPAny level of experience with MLOps is a plusExperience in microservices architecture and RESTAbility to produce logically structured, accurate, and clearly written materialsAbility to communicate issues factually and openlyDesire to actively share knowledge and information with other employees to enhance team productivityBachelor’s of science in computer science or equivalentWhat success looks like:After six months, you will…Participate in feature developmentStart gaining domain expertiseDeliver a few complex featuresAfter about a year, you will…Make significant contributions to our servicesMake significant contributions to our design and processesStart taking ownership of product featuresBe a domain expert on the teamWe’ve got you covered:In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role.
