Stores Op/FLT Driver

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour (dependent on experience)

/ Monday - Friday

Pertemps are recruiting for a leading manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Stores/FLT Driver to join our dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:


- Efficiently handle the booking in and out of materials and goods.
- Weigh and record materials accurately.
-
Operate a Counterbalance and/or VNA Forklift Truck (licenses advantageous).

- Maintain accurate records using basic computer systems, including Excel and in-house software.

Manual handling of materials as required.

Utilize initiative during quieter periods to support team and operational needs.

- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


Requirements:
-

IT literate with basic computer knowledge, particularly in Excel and other in-house systems.

Numerate with the ability to perform basic calculations.

Physically capable of manual handling tasks.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-
Experience with weighing materials and accurate record-keeping.

Counterbalance and/or VNA forklift truck experience (licenses advantageous).
