Finance & Payroll Administrator - £19 per hour. Equivalent of £34 500. This role is temp to perm. It is totally office based. No hybrid working. Working for a wonderful Membership Organisation in Kingston-upon-Thames. Close to Richmond Park. Nearest station is Norbiton. Help to support the organisation’s financial operations by ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing invoices, and handling payments efficiently. As a Finance and Payroll Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the Finance team, ensuring all financial and payroll tasks are handled meticulously. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who is comfortable working with numbers and committed to accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Finance Administration (75%): * Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and control petty cash. * Reconcile accounts, maintain purchase ledgers. * Handle bank reconciliations. * Provide training and support to regional treasurers on accounting software. * Coordinate company credit cards and oversee financial records and reports. * Assist with budget preparation and ensure proper financial governance. Payroll Management (25%): * Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax and pension regulations. * Manage payroll changes, deductions, and allowances. * Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality. * Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for audits.
