Redstone Commodity Search are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a dynamic commodities trading company in Poland. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, risk management, and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the MD, the CFO will work closely with senior management to ensure sound financial decision-making and compliance with international trading regulations. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize the company’s financial health. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth and sustainability objectives. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Key Qualifications / Experience A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within the commodities trading sector. Proven track record in managing financial operations for high-volume, international trading, including exposure to derivatives, hedging, and risk management. Experience in managing complex financial reporting, including compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Previous experience leading capital raising efforts, including debt and equity financing for commodities businesses.
