HRBP - Stanford Le Hope - £55k

Job Title: HR Business Partner.  Salary: £50,000 - £55,000  Location: Stanford-le-Hope  Onsite: Predominantly On Site with flexibility for some hybrid working.  JGA are partnering with a high growth, large scale, international logistics and transportation business seeking an HRBP to oversee their engineering division.  Please note trade union experience is essential. HR Guidance: Provide support and advice on HR topics such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to address HR challenges, propose solutions, and support strategic initiatives. Employee Engagement: Drive culture and engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and retention. HR Analytics: Use data and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs, spot trends, and inform decision-making. Policy Implementation: Assist the HR leadership in rolling out policies and initiatives that promote high performance and align with best practices and legal standards. Union Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Union Representatives, ensuring regular consultation and collaboration. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and legal changes, using this knowledge to improve HR strategies and initiatives. External Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage resources and stay ahead of HR trends. Project Support: Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring local delivery is impactful and culturally appropriate.
