The Grosvenor Victoria Casino, a world-class gaming destination, seeks a skilled Team Leader to oversee the Food & Beverage operation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, team member performance, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment, promoting guest satisfaction and ensuring only the highest quality products are served.
• Handle daily team member relations, encouraging problem-solving through proper training and empowerment.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
