As a strategic advisor, you will drive the talent attraction process in identifying and engaging exceptional talent, using cutting-edge research methods to strengthen our presence in Toronto.
Develop:
targeted talent attraction strategies for the Toronto market, specifically in the financial sector;
tools tailored to the selection of the best candidates according to the needs of the hiring managers.
Establish relationships with the local financial community to develop a strong network and a pool of high-level specialized talent;
Proactively develop sourcing strategies and build a talent pool, leveraging market intelligence to target and attract top professionals in Toronto;
Act as a strategic advisor to work closely with Alithya’s leaders in Toronto to understand their short- and long-term needs;
Propose customized talent attraction solutions linked to organizational goals;
Lead the complete talent attraction cycle, from needs assessment to job offer and integration preparation;
Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
When it just clicks!
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline;
Three years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in headhunting for financial roles in the IT sector;
Proven experience in recruiting IT profiles, particularly in the banking and financial sector (major asset);
In-depth knowledge of niche profiles such as business systems analyst, .NET, BI and Java developers as well as Azure DevOps, with financial expertise;
Innovative approach to the attraction of financial talent and an unwavering determination to advance the organizational goals;
Team spirit and a passion for excellence and quality of results;
Excellent communication, listening and negotiating skills, and autonomy in task management;
Excellent command of English for frequent interactions with our team in Ontario;
Intermediate level of French is an asset.
