Sales Negotiator / Consultant (Property) – Up to £25k basic + on target earnings of circa £38k in year 1 with uncapped earning potential and the chance to earn £40-£50k in year 2 Manchester City Centre - Lovely offices in the heart of Manchester! Working hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm - No lates or weekend work We are proud to be partnering with a leading sales & Lettings Consultancy in Manchester. This role is working exclusively on high end Manchester city centre property within the new build market. Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator/Consultant within Property is essential for this role, so we are looking to hear from anyone with previous estate agency sales negotiator experience in the Manchester area. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Property Sales Negotiator and for the right person has the potential to take your career to the next level. You will be working with some of the best housing stock in Manchester and will have a constant flow of highly desirable property to take to market. This is an end-to-end sales negotiator role so you will be managing clients’ expectations and relationships, marketing/promoting your housing stock, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and closing deals. You will also have the chance to get involved in valuations if you are looking to broaden your skills set. Where this role really differs is you will be part of a small but emerging team so career progression within this role could happen quickly for the right person.
