**Service Manager Role in Sheffield**
A 12-month fixed-term contract as a Service Manager in Sheffield, leading the delivery of services, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
**About the Role**
You will be one of two Service Managers in Shelter Sheffield, working closely with the Strategic Lead to deliver services, manage teams, and ensure contract compliance. Your role will involve:
- Leading the delivery of services, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Managing teams, including line-managing Team Leaders and designated functions
- Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of work, with delegated financial responsibility
- Working closely with partners, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure services are aligned and impactful
**About You**
We are looking for someone with:
- Sound knowledge of homelessness, housing, and related issues
- Excellent leadership skills and experience of supporting and managing teams
- Experience of managing contracts, partnerships, or services, including budgets and financial reports
- Ability to develop and sustain key relationships, analyse insight and evidence, and manage performance
