Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. * Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of finishes. * Resolve any issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and effectively. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. * Client liaison running through the snags and the process to rectify them Qualifications: * Proven experience in finishing management within high-end residential projects. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
