Position: Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)Office: San FranciscoExperience: 2 - 5 Years of ExperienceWe have an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level Finance Associate in our San Francisco office.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of law firm experience primarily representing sponsors, borrowers, banks, direct lenders and/or other types of lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions. Preference is given to specific experience in acquisition finance but will consider all types of finance backgrounds.Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills.CompensationWhere required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
