Your role is to design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect our cloud environments and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Essential Job DutiesCloud Security Strategy: Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures that align with best practices and industry standards.Cloud Infrastructure Security: Design and configure cloud infrastructure securely, including networks, virtual machines, storage, and other cloud services, utilizing tools and technologies like AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.Cloud Governance: Enforce cloud governance policies and best practices to maintain compliance across the cloud environment by setting access controls and monitoring for policy adherence.Cloud Access Management: Administer (or provide governance over delegated authority) cloud user accounts, roles, and permissions and manage cloud access effectively.Security Documentation: Create and maintain security documentation, including security policies, standards, and procedures related to cloud security.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and perform cloud compliance assessments.Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with cloud service providers and security vendors to ensure the selection of the most effective security solutions.Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams, developers, and business units to integrate security into the development and deployment of cloud-based applications and services.Metrics and Reporting: Provide periodic metrics on the state of the cloud security posture. Quantitative DimensionsGeographic scope of role is Global. Organizational Context:Reporting Line: Reports to Lead Security and Network SolutionsWork closely with IT teams, cloud service providers, and other stakeholders to protect data and maintain the integrity of cloud-based systems.
