The company is going through an exciting period of expansion and success and is offering an exciting opportunity to the successful candidate. This role covers a broad range of tasks associated with RF test procedures and design. The successful candidate will be practical, hands on and a leader in engineering, a real expert in their field. The Role: * First call for diagnosis and fault finding for production and field RF and test procedures. * Lead, train and certify a team of test engineers. * Provide information and definition for test document authors. * Production and commissioning of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) * Liaise with NPI teams to test new components. * Provide consultation and advise on RF design to engineering and project teams. The Person: * HNC, Degree or equivalent in electronic engineering * Exceptional electronics knowledge * High level of high frequency RF matching & signal processing * Programming/software experience preferred * Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly * Leadership skills and team management
