Job Requirements / Description

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving the development of enterprise web applications using PHP/Laravel and Vue.js.

Your extensive experience with Microservices, Serverless, Docker, AWS and your proficiency in code review, unit testing, and agile methodologies will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

In addition to your technical prowess, strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

  • Lead a team of backend, frontend developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to ensure project success.
  • Design, and develop web applications using PHP/Laravel and Vue.js.
  • Implement Microservices architecture and manage containerization with Docker.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive the development process in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, API documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on PHP/Laravel and Vue.js.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Expertise in Microservices, Serverless architecture and containerization with Docker.
  • Strong understanding of code review and unit testing best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
