We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our client's award-winning, design-led practice based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility through an agile working policy, allowing collaboration with colleagues across the UK. You will play a key role in the delivery of architectural projects, with a focus on RIBA stages 3-5, across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and more.
Key Requirements:
* Delivery Expertise: Experience in delivering projects through RIBA stages 3-5, particularly in residential and/or commercial projects such as one-off houses, large housing developments, offices, data centres, sports facilities, hospitality venues, or transportation hubs.
* Qualifications: Professionally qualified and ARB registered; RIBA membership is preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a professional architectural practice is essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with a strong aptitude for technology.
* Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of design processes to ensure a balance of aesthetics and functionality.
* Technical Judgment: Proven ability to apply technical judgment to ensure projects comply with design standards.
* Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical competence for technical and financial calculations, with some understanding of physics and engineering principles.
* Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with contracts, regulations, and codes relevant to the industry.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding of the industry landscape, including competition, client relationships, sectors, construction methods, tools, and materials.
