The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting prior art searches, and staying abreast of the latest AI technology and patent laws.Duties:Draft and prosecute patent applications.Collaborate with inventors to understand new AI technologies and assess their patentability.Conduct and analyze results of prior art searches and freedom-to-operate analyses.Maintain knowledge of the latest AI technology and patent laws.Liaise with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field involving AI/ML.Experience with AI models, neural networks, and deep learning.Experience with AI/ML theory, including backpropagation, regularization, and optimization.Proficiency in preprocessing data, selecting features, and training/tuning models.Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields preferred.Registered to practice with the USPTO.Active member and in good standing of CA Bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in legal writing and documentation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone : (415) 464 6897Fax : (213) 895-7306 #J-18808-Ljbffr
