This is a part-time, term-time position set to begin in September 2024. Key Responsibilities: Support Classroom Activities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all students can participate fully. 1:1 and Group Support: Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require additional help. Resource Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials and resources under the guidance of the classroom teacher. Behavior Management: Support the teacher in maintaining a positive classroom environment, helping to manage behavior effectively. Student Wellbeing: Offer pastoral care, listening to students' concerns, and promoting their well-being. Assessment Assistance: Aid in the assessment of students' work and progress, giving feedback as required.
