Production Shift Manager

We are currently seeking a strong Production Supervisor, Area Manager, Shift Manager, Front Line Manager looking for a new opportunity. The client are a well-established, market leading food manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift. You will be responsible for performance of the production operations team, food safety and quality, people management, health and safety, communication within your team and across departments. Ideally you will be someone who can lead by example, have a calming nature during challenging times, have the courage to make tough decisions, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and a focus on development and continuous improvement.
