Rattaché.e au directeur administratif et financier, vous aurez en charge de garantir la qualité des informations financières, le respect des délais et des obligations fiscales. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : - Animer, développer et encadrer une équipe de comptables - Maintenir et développer les politiques et procédures afin de garantir l'intégrité des données comptables et soutenir les objectifs financiers de l'entreprise. - Participer activement aux clôtures mensuelles en IFRS - S’assurer de la réalisation des obligations fiscales dans les délais impartis - Être le principal interlocuteur des commissaires aux comptes, - Participer activement aux différents projets transverses Profil recherché : - Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management d’équipe - Diplôme Master ou équivalent en comptabilité ou finance. - Très bon niveau d’anglais demandé. - Capacité à diriger une équipe. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants tels que Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, et de SAP - La connaissance du secteur médical est un véritable plus.
