Mechanical Supervisor

A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a commercial/industrial project based in Canterbury, Kent. The companies main scope of work is large commercial and industrial projects through the south east these projects can range in values from £100k - £25m. The Company have a turnover of £110m and have been trading for 20+ years. We are looking for a Mechnaical Supervisor who has experience in commercial projects. The package is full mechnaical on the project they are installing a tempoary Mechanical System and also install a large energy centre, The project also includes pre fab works. We need a Mechanical Supervisor to manage inhouse labour * Organising the work of all subcontractors and Labour * LTHW, CHW, CCHW,, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCU’s, Ventilation, Ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators and all associated mechanical duties * Quality control * Heath and Safety * Ordering of materials on site * Giving toolbox talks * Managing different mechanical trades * Client progression meetings * Overseeing Pre Fab install * The company are looking to pay £60,000 + package If this position is of interest please apply or contact me to discuss
