Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications, the Senior ERP Systems Analyst will support the ERP team in maintaining , troubleshooting and enhancing the information systems technology assets of GIP.Key Responsibilities include : Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information managed by the Information Technology (IT) department in support of the company’s operations and legislationEnsure the ongoing protection and integrity of the information systems technology assets of the companyPromote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of the job dutiesAnalyse business requirements; perform process analysis of customer activities to determine business solutions or process improvement opportunities across business functions and recommend solutions. Oversee and assist with the gathering and documentation of requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirementsWork closely with ERP development on the design, development and testing of business applications and reportsImplement enhancements, change requests, break-fixes, patches and updates. Develop test plans, test, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and approve changes to ensure alignment with business objectives and test plans.Develop and deliver training, in a language suitable for the audience, as well as document solutions.Create working procedures, build-up knowledge databases and functional documentationFollow strict policy for approvals of changes related to security, break-fix, enhancements, promotions, database, scheduler changes and production changesProvide ongoing support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex system issuesLead and assist with integration and implementation of new business units and companiesPrepare reports and other documentation related to project assignmentsApply working knowledge of the organization roles and relationships, as well as utilize available resources, including vendors, to resolve issuesManage a complex workload through prioritization and strong communication to end user and teamPursue new knowledge on a continuous basis, implement best practices of the profession, stay up to date on legislative requirementsPosition Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting or other computer/business majorMinimum 5 years of ERP experience, preference to JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2Full ERP implementation and lifecycle experienceExpertise in at least 2 of the following modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Distribution, and ManufacturingAdvanced level of Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.)Bilingual (French) is an assetResults-driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast-paced environment.Outcome-focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyse and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.Superb communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challengesOur purpose At Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP), our people are second to none.
