Modular Building Installer Dismantler / Site Operative

Position: Modular Building Installer Dismantler/Site Operative Location: South East (Rochester), working nationally Job Description: Our client MFT Services Ltd are seeking to recruit an experienced, hands-on temporary modular building installer/site operative to assist with their core works, which include installing and dismantling portable accommodations. The role also involves carrying out basic general maintenance work such as plumbing, basic electrical work, joinery, etc. Key Responsibilities: * Installation and de-installation of portable modular buildings including site worker’s facilities, offices, classrooms, etc. * Basic general maintenance work (plumbing, basic electrical work, joinery, etc.) * Working at height on roofs (harness training and working at height training provided) * Wearing full PPE at all times when on site * Occasional working away from home and some weekend work (additional pay provided) * Travel from home directly to site Requirements: * Flexibility regarding work hours, including early morning starts and late finishes * Full clean driving license (Company van and fuel card provided) * Ideally based in Kent/Essex * CSCS Skilled Worker card (blue) required * Any other relevant training (e.g., slinger/signaller, IPAF, PASMA) is desirable but not essential * Good understanding of basic construction site Health and Safety Additional Information: * This is a manual role and not a 9am-5pm job * The role is field-based, with work carried out nationally Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
