Part Time 34 hours per week (to be worked a 9 day fortnight) Devon Public Health Nursing have an exciting opportunity for the position of Education and Development Lead. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the public health nursing Education Team across Devon. They will be key to delivering the Public Health Nursing Workforce strategy, ensuring the delivery of a high quality education and development programme for Pre and Post registration nursing students as well as the wider workforce. In addition, the post holder will support the development and implementation of service development, standard setting, clinical audit and benchmarking, to deliver needs-led evidence-based care that supports the local and national priorities. Working hours are 34 hours/week, to be worked over a 9 day fortnight.
