Tutor/Assessor

Intec Business Colleges has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in the Logistics arena to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, we are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.  Some great benefits are on offer for the successful person - including 21 days holiday rising to 32 with length of service but also Christmas shutdown as added holiday (which this year is an extra 5 days!).  We serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of . This role is home based but you will also deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery, which will involve travelling to various sites within your area (milage paid). The main competency required for this role is Supply Chain Level 3, and Team Leading Level 3. Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to: Communicate at all levels within a business. Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets. Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
