Job duties:
- Lead Generation: identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns and other lead generation techniques
- Qualification: assess customer needs and qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities
- Product Knowledge: develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers
- Relationship Building: build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Sales Closure: close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaboration: collaborate with the sales team, drafting and production departments, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals
- Market Research: stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirements - Skills requirements:
- + 1 year of experience in a Technical Sales related position
- Post Secondary Education degree/diploma.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Read and understand drawings, knowledge of climate-controlled environments and materials used.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset with good work ethics
- Excellent time management skills to create good customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
