Job Requirements / Description
You will ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being. * Contribute to the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that the required standards are maintained. * Ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date. * Be responsible for all staff receiving formal supervision and appraisals. * Oversee the duty rota monthly in advance ensuring the correct skills and numbers on duty. * Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support. * Experienced Home Manager within the Elderly care sector, dementia care * A thorough understanding of CQC standards – has achieved outstanding and good CQC reports throughout the period of Registered Manager. * Required: NVQ Level 4 working towards Level 5 or have this already * Required: Good IT skills in MS word, excel and power point. * Has the ability to run a 40 bedded service * Has the ability to support a staff team of 60 * Has some experience of Atlas and Person Centred or similar
