Car Sales Executive

Coulter Elite Resourcing are now recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for a main dealership based in Lincoln. Principle Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive: * Work for a premium approved franchised dealer. * Sell cars within a main dealership setting, or transition from a target-driven professional sales role into the premium market. * Operate confidently in a target-driven sales environment. * Display hunger to succeed, tenacity, and motivation to meet personal and team targets. Person Specification: * Experience working in car sales, preferably within a main dealership. * Alternatively, experience in a target-driven professional sales role with a desire to enter the premium car market. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. * Full UK driving licence. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM * One day off during the week * Saturday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM * Never work on Sunday Additional Information: * This is a full-time permanent position. * Basic salary of £20,500 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000. * Benefits include a company car, fuel allowance, and fuel card.
