Job Responsibilities:Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address upset customers and resolve food-related issues politely to ensure customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness, or issue refunds as necessary.Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery timeliness, and stock levels.Check daily petty cash and visit the bank for change if needed.Restock the register nightly with the correct change.Provide feedback to managers/owners about employee performance, strengths, weaknesses, and customer service.Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Attend management meetings.Discuss new ideas with managers/owners to improve efficiency, safety, and recipes.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an informative manner.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and polite demeanor, and giving accurate wait times.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Possess thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following them to prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.Organize deliveries and maintain orderliness.Wash dishes and put them away.Communicate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and promptly.Carry out food to customers.Inform managers about scheduling needs in a timely manner.Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food.Adhere to safety procedures.Practice cost-cutting measures.Work as a team member.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:Food certification required.Basic computer skills required, including POS system and handling cash and credit cards.Knowledge of health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work with a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.Demonstrated leadership abilities.About Vitality Bowls:Vitality Bowls specializes in delicious açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, salads, and more, using only high-quality ingredients without fillers or artificial preservatives.Vitality Bowls’ Standards and Expectations:Be Friendly and Fast:Make a great first impression: smile and greet each guest.Show urgency and minimize wait times.Get to know your guests and make them regulars.Send each guest off with a smile.Know Your Stuff:Become knowledgeable about the menu and preparation methods.Understand nutritional values of ingredients.Deliver perfect meal items consistently.The “One Team” Theme:Work together to deliver great meals and outstanding service.Be courteous to team members and create a fun work environment.Seek opportunities to exceed expectations.Embrace accountability, communication, and trustworthiness.Show Pride in Your Work:Be punctual and maintain reliable transportation.Keep the store clean and organized.Handle cash transactions with care.Strive for excellence in all tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
