Marks Sattin is partnering with a leading Financial Services business to recruit a Group Tax Manager.
This role plays a key part in the in-house tax team, contributing to the development of the tax strategy and ensuring compliance across the group.
The Group Tax Manager will be responsible for:
- Corporate transactions and investments
- Managing UK compliance, including returns, relief planning, and payments
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
- Employment taxes, including share schemes and off-payroll working
- Assisting with operational taxes and reporting
- Ensuring robust systems and controls are in place
To be considered, candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and have a proven track record in a tax-focused role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building relationships with senior stakeholders, HMRC, and external advisors.
