Payroll Administrator

Kenton Black are representing a progressive firm with offices in Manchester seeking to appoint a HYBRID Payroll Administrator to work 3 days at home and 2 in the office. You will be joining an established and thriving company that offers the successful Payroll Administrator an exceptional opportunity to join a friendly team. This is a busy, varied role dealing with a varied workload, dealing with HMRC queries and all associated payroll administration duties. Duties included but not limited to: Working as part of a busy payroll processing team undertaking full end to end weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Sage/Paycircle (training provided) Auto-enrolment/pensions Dealing with HMRC & client queries over the telephone SMP/SSP Collating and input of payroll information Person Specification: Experience of running weekly/monthly payrolls end to end ideally within an accountancy/bureau or umbrella environment Auto-enrolment pensions Dealing with BACS submissions Submission of RTI, HMRC queries Ideally experience of SAGE, Paycircle (training can be provided) Excellent client communication skills to deal effectively with payroll queries Friendly and professional disposition, able to work in a team environment Salary: c£25-£28K + To apply for this role, please click the link below.
