Then we have the perfect role for you! Position: Medical Receptionist Location: Bustling Clinic in Newton Mearns Scotland (where every day is a new adventure!) Hours: Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday Full days (Plus the potential for a late-night on a Thursday) What You'll Be Doing: Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient records with ninja-like precision. Coordinating with our incredible medical staff to ensure the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. Handling queries and providing top-notch customer service, repairs, and general enquiries, ensuring every patient leaves happier than when they arrived. Keeping our reception area looking fabulous and functional.
