Job Requirements / Description
Duties:
To run regular (daily / weekly) scheduled reports
To support the Section Manager and Graduate with the overall reporting improvement plan
Create new Salesforce (customer case management platform) reports and dashboards to monitor all customer case related data
Purchasing portal administration and budget sheet maintenance
Daily back office email inbox management

The programme will build technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to start your career. This will include;
- Microsoft Excel
- Tableau.
- RStudio.
- SQL.
- Power BI.
- Azure Data Fundamentals
