Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery. Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their confidence and engagement. Assist with administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.Requirements: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (but not essential). Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
