Account Manager

Our client based in London is looking for an account manager to join the client services department The company specialise in packaging for a variety of well-known brands of food and drink. Reporting to 4 Client Directors and part of a 11 people Client Services team Build long-term client relationships based on trust, quality thinking, effective creative solutions, timely delivery and the best possible client servicing at all times Direct and manage small to medium projects Support ADs on larger projects FMCG food and drinks across the Middle East and the rest of Europe Main Job Responsibilities Client relationship Manage the day-to-day liaison with the client and where appropriate, keeping the AD fully up to speed with ongoing activity Attend/give presentations of work/concepts where appropriate Attend client meetings, produce contact reports and ensure all agreed actions are met Use day to day contact to better understand the client, their business (what changes are happening that we could help them with), their challenges and their processes (are we meeting their needs) so we know how to service them better. Read the media for topics/brands ascribed to you and share with team Project Management Participate in scheduling meetings to accurately and efficiently resource for work Prepare status reports, timings and project trackers Collate all technical information such as cutter guides, ingredients list… Set up and organise meetings Strategic workshop preparation Participate in briefing designers and design reviews This is Hybrid option with lots of benefits in central London nearest tubes are Covent garden and Tottenham court road Please make sure that your full address and details are included in your application for this role
