ulti-Site Manager – Doncaster We are looking for an Experienced Multi-Site Manager to work within the brewing industry, the role would be based at the Doncaster site however regular travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe is required You must be resilient and reliable with a strong character, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established growing company. Key Details: * Guaranteed work * Monday to Friday on average of 40 hours per week usually between 6am and 6pm, depending on business needs * £20.67 per hour * Fantastic progression opportunity * Weekly Pay * Holiday Pay * Free on site car parking Main Duties: * Supporting management to oversee day to day production activities ensuring deadlines are met * Manage and motivate team members to help develop work. * Manage labour activities including forecasting in order to maintain efficiency. * Maintain standards of quality and compliance. * Delegating and ensuring daily tasks are being met * Ensuring smooth execution of procedures and computer systems * Checking and maintaining stock levels are being maintained and materials ordered where necessary * Liaising with sales and project delivery team regarding upcoming projects * Reporting of any damages/defects of equipment and removing this from on-site use * Ensuring the workplace is kept at highest of standards in line with H&S regulations, storage efficiency and housekeeping * Carrying out continuous training with staff members * Attending scheduled meetings to review departments KPI’s Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast paced team leader or supervisory role * Ideal candidate must have previous experience managing multiple sites * Great communication skills, must be able to communicate with people from both shop floor to director level * Must be computer literate including experience working with Microsoft office package * Ability to forward think and make changes where necessary * Must have full clean driving license and own vehicle * Must be prepared to work away when required To apply, please call Amy on (phone number removed) or QUICK APPLY text ‘DON’ to (phone number removed) you can email your CV to us
